Email Setup
Instructions
Outlook 2010 -

These instructions apply for Outlook/Outlook Express and Windows Mail.
While the exact location of where each item goes looks a little
different among the many different versions, the settings are
essentially the same.
1) Click TOOLS then EMAIL ACCOUNTS
2) Choose to ADD or create a NEW
account
3) Choose POP as your email type, or
click MANUALLY CONFIGURE and click NEXT
Enter the following settings:
Click on the OUTGOING SERVER or MORE
Button and check the box for MY OUTGOING SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION
Click on the ADVANCED tab and change
the OUTGOING port from 25 to 587
Save these settings.
Your mail is now setup
You can also access your web mail at
www.ineedbob.com/mail
Setting up New Email Accounts or password Changes
You will need the control panel username
and password supplied to you.
Go to
www.ineedbob.com/menu and log in.
Click on the EMAIL ICON
Click on
Setup New
E-Mail
Near the bottom
Enter the Email Address
Click MAILBOX
Enter your Password
Click SUBMIT on the bottom
You're Done
