Outlook data is stored in a .PST (Personal File Folder) file.

You can restore data from a PST file into your outlook as old as the file is from the same or an older version of Outlook.

Click FILE then IMPORT/EXPORT (All versions up to Outlook 2007)

Click FILE then OPEN then IMPORT (Outlook 2010)

Choose IMPORT FROM ANOTHER PROGRAM OR FILE

Choose  OUTLOOK DATA FILE (.PST)

BROWSE for the file you want (Your .PST File)

Click NEXT

Choose IMPORT TO THE SAME FOLDER IN

Click NEXT

Sometimes it wont appear like its doing anything at first. Outlook often doesn't show a progress bar or % indicator. But it should start and eventually your data will be imported.
