Install Microsoft Free Antivirus
(This document will help you remove your old antivirus software and install Microsoft Security Essentials Antivirus)

1.       Remove your old antivirus software:

      a.       Windows XP users

                                                                           i.      Click on START then CONTROL PANEL then ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

                                                                                 ii.      Wait for the list to come up then find your current antivirus software in the         
             alphabetical list

                                                                                  iii.      Click on it and Click to the right of it to REMOVE it

                                                                                iv.      Reboot if prompted to do so

     b.      Windows Vista & Windows 7 Users:

                                                                             i.      Click on START then COMPUTER then click on UNINSTALL A PROGRAM in the toolbar
               at the top

                                                                                    ii.      Wait for the list to come up then find your current antivirus software in the
                 alphabetical list

                                                                                     iii.      Click on it and click on UNINSTALL in the toolbar at the top

                                                                                     iv.      Reboot if prompted to do so

2.       Go to www.ineedbob.com

3.       Click on SUPPORT

4.       Under downloads click on MS FREE ANTIVIRUS      

5.       Follow the steps from Microsoft Antivirus and it will install and update itself.
