Support: Can not connect to the company server
 
1) Turn off ALL equipment
-This means all workstations and then the SERVER
-Then unplug the Modem/Router/Switch boxes. 
-Wait 1 minute
-Plug the Internet Modem back in
-Wait 2 minutes for it to connect
-Plug the Router & Switchs back in
-Wait 1 minute for it to connect
-Turn on the Server, wait for it to boot up then log in
-Wait 1 minute
-Turn on the workstations one at a time and attempt to login
 
If only one workstation can not connect, there is a problem with that computer
 
If no one can connect, further investigation to the problem is required.
